History

John Rose, the owner, noticed that many of his clients who utilized his cleaning services also required home repairs or improvements. He and his crew were frequently able to assist with these needs. This, combined with his family’s long-standing involvement in roofing and remodeling, motivated him to establish a complete crew and begin offering these services to homeowners in need. Mr. Rose drew inspiration from various sources for venturing into this industry, but above all, it was his family. Roofing and remodeling had been a significant part of their family for many years, ever since his great grandfather, Milton Graves, relocated his family to Indianapolis to initiate a roofing company and invest in rundown properties for remodeling. John grew up in the presence of his father, who was considered a master in the roofing industry. He also assisted both his great grandfather Milton and his grandfather Jeff in repairing, improving, and maintaining these properties. This upbringing inspired him to carry on the family’s craftsmanship and create a similar sense of satisfaction for his own children and grandchildren. John aims to achieve this by ensuring each and every homeowner is content, one project at a time, for many years to come.
